Job Description – Current Avalon Job Openings 2019 -20
- Develop and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smartphones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards
- Presents advice and guidance to colleagues concerning incidents
- Manage installed PCs, networks, telephone systems, and peripherals with routine support
- Classify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
- Identify potential changes and system changes to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation
- Assure that work is offered out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines
- Create, maintain, and issue reports of improvement to senior leadership
- Transferring servers from Windows XP to Windows 7 or higher platform.
