Eastern Railway Openings Eligibility Criteria
Online applications are invited from all serving regular Railway employees of Eastern Railway, Metro Railway, and Chittaranjan Locomotive Works excluding RPF/ RPSF Personnel for filling up Assistant Loco Pilot, Technician, Junior Engineer, Train Manager Vacancies against General Departmental Competitive Examination (GDCE) quota.

Educational Qualifications
Candidates interested in applying for Assistant Loco Pilot, Technician, Junior Engineer, and Train Manager posts should possess Matriculation/ SSLC Plus ITI from a recognized institution of NCVT/ SCVT in the respective trade/Three-year diploma/ Graduation Degree.
Eastern Railway ALP Recruitment 2023 Jobs 2023 – Age Limit
The upper age limit will be 42 years for UR candidates, 45 years for OBC candidates, and 47 years for SC/ ST candidates. The age will be reckoned as on 01.01.2024.
Selection Process
The recruitment process shall comprise of a Computer Test (CBT) OR written examination followed by a Computer Aptitude Test (only for ALP), Document Verification, and Medical Examination.
Eastern Railway JE Recruitment Salary Details
Candidates who got selected for the respective posts will be getting a minimum Pay Level 2 (7th CPC Pay Matrix) to a maximum of Pay Level 6.
