Prime Minister Narendra Modi will open the 25th National Youth Festival on the Pondicherry Central University campus on January 12 in the Union Territory of Puducherry. The 5-day youth festival, which will take place from January 12 to 16, is projected to attract 7000 young people from throughout the country and 500 young people from Puducherry, all aged 18 to 22.
