Govt to release over Rs 56,000 crores: Current Affairs 2021
It was claimed that in the current financial year, Government will release 56 thousand 27 crore rupees to pay for export incentives for exporters. According to Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal, the money would be distributed to over 45 thousand exporters and will only be distributed this year. Mr. Goyal stated that the benefits will assist in secure financial flows and meet worldwide export demand. Exporters will have until December 31 to register claims on the platform, according to Goyal, which means payment will be made in the coming months. In recent months, India’s exports have increased significantly. After economic activities began following the second wave of the Covid-19 outbreak the finance ministry modified its approach.

Himalayan Diwas: Today Latest Current Affairs
Himalayan Diwas was held in New Delhi on September 09th by the National Mission for Clean Ganga in collaboration with the Naula Foundation. The subject for this year is “The Himalayan Contribution and Our Responsibilities”. Every year on September 9th, Uttarakhand celebrates Himalayas Diwas. It is commemorated to protect the Himalayan ecosystem and region. The Director-General of the Clean Ganga National Mission, Rajiv Ranjan Mishra, explained the importance of the Himalayas and highlighted worry about unplanned Himalayan hilltops due to poor building design, poor infrastructures, waste disposal, water delivery, etc., and previous trees being cut down. According to him, this has major environmental consequences. He went on to say that eco-sensitive hill town concepts and designs are urgently needed.
‘Main Bhi Digital 3.0’ Campaign: Latest Current Affairs For Today
In collaboration with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has launched the pilot initiative ‘Main Bhi Digital 3.0‘. It is a Digital Onboarding and Street Training for Street Providers under the PM-SVANidhi scheme in 223 cities across the country. Durga Shanker Mishra, Electronics Secretary of Housing and Urban Affairs, and Ajay Prakash Sawhney, IT Secretary, jointly unveiled it during this virtual ceremony. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s objective of “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas” inspired the programme. Through BharatPe, Mswipe, PhonePe, Paytm, and Aceware, this drive will give UPI IDs, QR codes, and provide digital training.
India, Denmark Discuss Bilateral Cooperation: Daily Gk Current Affairs
Minister of the Environment, Bhupender Yadav, met with Danish Climate, Energy and Utilities Minister, Dan Jorgensen, to address broad bilateral cooperation on the climate and climate change issues between India and Denmark.
