Justice RF Nariman Retired: Important Current Affairs
On August 12, Justice RF Nariman, who rose to prominence as a Supreme Court justice and delivered a number of landmark decisions, announced his retirement. In 2014, Nariman, the Solicitor General, was appointed immediately to the Supreme Court as a judge. For the past seven years, he has served as a Supreme Court judge, hearing and deciding over 13,500 cases.
