Egypt has joined the BRICS New Development Bank as the fourth new member. Bangladesh, the United Arab Emirates, and Uruguay joined in September, according to Arindam Bagchi, a spokesman for the Ministry of External Affairs. According to Mr. Bagchi, the New Development Bank’s membership growth allows it to establish itself as a leading development bank for emerging economies. The New Development Bank’s mission is to raise funding for development projects in the BRICS, emerging economies, and developing countries. India and Saudi Arabia have agreed to create an air bubble that will allow all eligible travelers to freely travel between the two countries. Flights between the two countries will commence on January 1, 2022, thanks to the air bubble deal. Temporary agreements between two countries are known as air travel bubbles. If regular international flights are canceled, such mechanisms aim to resume commercial passenger services.
