New President of Bharatiya Kamgar Sena: Latest Current Affairs Of 8th Feb 2021
On behalf of Shiv Sena, Deputy Leader Arvind Sawant has been appointed as President of Bharatiya Kamgar Sena. The reconstituted Bharatiya Kamgar Sena Executive will be revealed shortly. On 31 December 1951, Arvind Ganpat Sawant was born. Sawant began his political career in 1968 and took voluntary retirement, joining Shiv Sena in 1995. Also, Sawant became the vice leader and the party’s official spokesman in 2010.
Sawant beat opponent Deora under the BJP government and became Minister of Heavy Industry and Public Enterprises. Sawant later joined Shiv Sena and now serves as Bharatiya’s Kamgar Sena President.

Affordability Housing Index: Important Current Affairs On 08 Feb 2021
The Affordability Housing Index, which was 48 percent in Bangalore in 2010, has come down to 28 percent by 2020. In terms of house prices, Hyderabad is a lot cheaper than Bangalore. Ahmedabad is one of the nation’s most affordable housing markets. Knight Frank India issued the Affordability Housing Index-2020 in seven of the country’s major cities. The Affordability Index corresponds to the monthly installment (EMI) ratio, which is equal to the average household. The most expensive city is Mumbai. The Affordability Index here is 61%.

Under Secretary of the Synod: Free Current Affairs Of 08/02/2021
A woman was elected to the post of Under-Secretary of the Synod for the first time. Nathalie Beckart, appointed by the Roman Catholic Pope Francis. Louis Marin de San Martin of Spain is one of the two newly appointed undersecretaries, while Sister Nathalie Beckart (51) of France is the other. Bishops, cardinals, and scholars make up the synod. In Christianity, the Synod studies major issues that theoretically arise. The right to vote was also granted to Beckart, who was appointed undersecretary. The appointment was in line with the appointment of Pope Francis to play a key role in scrutiny and decision-making on church matters, said Cardinal Mario Greek, Secretary-General of the Synod.

Guinness World Record In the Age Of 94: Gk Current Affairs
The Guinness World Record for being the world’s oldest living water skier is held by Bob Hutchinson (94). Although he accomplished this feat in 2019 to reach this record, this year the title went to Hutchinson. Since 1949, he has been active in other adventure sports, including water skiing. Ever since childhood, he has been a fan of other water sports, including scuba diving. Hutchinson says overcoming the fear of being surrounded is the real challenge, even though he knows he will definitely excel in adventure sports. As the sport was not very popular in his childhood days, water, and ropes were not available.
