Educational Qualifications – SSA Resource Person Posts
Candidates must be Indian citizens with permanent residency in Meghalaya. The required qualifications vary based on the post. For Block Resource Person (BRP) and Cluster Resource Person (CRP) positions, candidates must have a graduate degree in any stream along with D.El.Ed and a minimum 3-month Computer Certificate. For the Block Resource Person – Inclusive Education (BRP-IE) role, candidates should possess a B.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (General) with a 2-year Diploma PGPD in Special Education.

SSA Resource Person Selection Process
The selection process will involve a Written Examination, and only candidates who pass the scrutiny and screening stage will be eligible to appear for the exam. The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the office Notice Board on 7th March 2025, and no separate call letters will be issued. Candidates are advised to regularly check the office Notice Board for any updates related to the selection process.
SSA Resource Person Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary based on their respective positions. Block Resource Persons (BRP) and Block Resource Persons – Inclusive Education (BRP-IE) will receive Rs. 22,000/- per month, while Cluster Resource Persons (CRP) will receive Rs. 20,500/- per month, which is likely to be enhanced in the future.
Age Limit
Candidates must not exceed 32 years as of 1st January 2025, with a relaxation of up to 37 years for SC/ST candidates. Age eligibility will be verified through official documents, and candidates must provide necessary proof at the time of document verification.
