Sinare Memorial Award: Daily Current Affairs Of July 2021

The Sinare Memorial Literary Award has been awarded to Jukanti Jagannath, a prominent poet, and writer from the Rajanna Sirisilla district. On the occasion of Dr. C. Narayana Reddy‘s 90th birthday, Telangana Agriculture Minister Singireddy Niranjan Reddy honored him with the award on July 29 in Hyderabad. Jukanti has 14 collections of poetry, one anthology, and three collections of comprehensive literature to his credit. The prize was granted in honor of Jukanti Jagannath‘s contributions to literature over the course of four and a half decades. The Telangana Saraswati Parishad and the Sushila Narayan Reddy Trust confer this award every year.

LLP Act 2021: Free Current Affairs Of The Day

The amendment of the Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Act has been approved. The LLP Act Amendment Act’s principal goal is to eliminate (decriminalize) such embarrassment. DICGC Act: Today Current Affairs For UPSC

Act of 1961 establishing the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation (DICGC) is approved by parliament. The Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation (DICGC) Act allows depositors to reclaim just Rs. 1 lakh of their total deposit in the event of a bank’s closure. However, the Finance Ministry has decided to raise this coverage to Rs 5 lakh, a fivefold increase. This bill primarily protects the interests of bank depositors. In the yearly budget for 2021–22, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that she would change the DICGC Act, 1961 to this end.

The Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India (Amendment) Bill, 2021, was passed by Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia to change the definition of a “major airport” and encourage the development of smaller airports. Scindia previously stated that the administration is dedicated to ensuring that rural people have access to affordable air travel. The law was accepted by voice vote in the lower house, despite opposition members’ protests on different issues. At Tanot hamlet in Jaisalmer, the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, in partnership with the Border Security Force, planted 1000 bamboo plants. A female swimmer from South Africa has established a new world record in swimming. Tatjana Schoenmaker, a German swimmer, broke a new world record by swimming 2 minutes and 18.95 seconds. This world record was formerly held by Danish swimmer Moller Pedersen, who set it in 2013. Lily King of the United States came in second place in the women’s 200m breaststroke swimming event with a time of 2:19.92. With a time of 2:20.84, Annie Ledger came in third. A South African swimmer broke the world record for the third time in a Tokyo pool. Earlier, Australia‘s women’s swimming team won gold in the 4x100m relay.
