“Swarnim Vijay Varsh” Victory Flame: Today Current Affairs
Victory Flame landed today at Naval Station Bheemunipatnam in the Visakhapatnam area as part of the ongoing Swarnim Vijay Varsh celebrations. “Swarnim Vijay Varsh” is a big celebration in India to honor India’s victory over Pakistan in 1971’s liberation of Bangladesh. At the National War Memorial in Delhi, four Victory Flames were lighted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 16 Dec 20. However, Eastern Naval Command had inducted the Southern Victory Flame on September 21 after it was brought from Andaman & Nicobar Islands to Visakhapatnam on September 3. The Victory Flame was also taken to Sainik School in Korukonda on 04, September 21.

PM Transfers About Rs 19,500 Crore: Today Gk Affairs
The Central government sent 1.5 lakh crore rupees straight into the bank accounts of farmers under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme, according to Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur. He further noted that senior Indian government ministers had held a total of 11 rounds of discussions with farmers’ unions to resolve their concerns. The administration is always willing to meet with farmers for discussions. To help farmers, he highlighted the several initiatives done by the federal government. According to him, the PM Narendra Modi government has raised the Minimum Support Price (MSP), acquired more agricultural produce at MSP, and maintained fertilizer prices under control.
