Educational Qualifications – AAI Assistant Recruitment 2025
The contenders should possess a 10th/ 12th/ Diploma/ Graduate/ B.Com from any recognized university or institution with relevant work experience.

AAI Assistant Jobs – Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 30 years as of 5th March 2025. Age relaxation applies as follows: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC (NCL) – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years (UR), 13 years (OBC), and 15 years (SC/ST). Ex-Servicemen (ESM) get relaxation as per Government guidelines, while Ex-Agniveers receive 3 years (5 years for the first Agnipath batch).
AAI Junior Assistant, Senior Assistant Vacancies Selection Process
The selection process involves the following stages:
Salary Details
- Senior Assistant (NE-6 Level): ₹36,000 – ₹1,10,000 (IDA Pattern).
- Junior Assistant (NE-4 Level): ₹31,000 – ₹92,000 (IDA Pattern).
- Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay, House Rent Allowance (HRA), CPF, Gratuity, Medical Benefits, etc., as per AAI rules.
AAI Sr Jr Assistant Jobs – Application Fee
- Application fee of Rs. 1000/- to be paid by the Candidates belonging to UR, OBC, EWS category.
- All Other Candidates(SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM): RS.500/-
