Twitter India Resident Grievance Officer: Free Gk Current Affairs 2021
Vinay Prakash has been named Twitter’s Resident Grievance Officer for India. 33% Reservation For Women In Police: Today Gk Current Affairs
The Indian government has declared that 33% of police officers should be women. In response to the recommendations of the Parliamentary Stay Committee on Attacks against Women and Children, the Home Ministry has recommended an increase in the number of women in the police service. Women represent only 10.30 percent of the police force. As a result, the Union Home Ministry has recently written to the States/Union Territories to extend the reservation for women in the police force to up to 33%.
