Sanjay Kapoor Elected As A All India Chess Federation President:
Bharat Singh Chauhan retained the secretary’s position. Sanjay Kapoor was elected president of the All India Chess Federation (AICF). Kapoor representing Uttar Pradesh chess association, defeated by incumbent PR Venkatarama raja in a close contest. Sanjay Kapoor got 33 votes and PR Venkatarama raja got only 31 votes. This is a very close contest between Kapoor and the Raja. According to these contests, Kapoor was elected as the President of the AICF. Ravindra Dongree defeated by Bharat Singh Chauhan in the closest contest 29-35. So, that Bharat Singh Chauhan retained for the secretary post.
First Medical Device Park In India: Free Current Affairs Of 06 Jan 2021
The country’s first medical device park was set up at Sultanpur in Telangana’s Sangareddy district. The Telangana government has developed the Medical Park with international standards for the manufacture of medical devices. Infrastructure work has already been done on 250 acres and the second phase is already underway. The park, built with an investment of about Rs 1,000 crore, is expected to provide 4,000 individuals jobs.

The trial of “SAHAYAK-NG” along the Goa coast was undertaken by the Defense Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and the Indian Navy. The advanced version of SAHAYAK Mk I is SAHAYAK-NG. SAHAYAK-NG is the 1st Air Dropped Container produced by the Indian Navy in India. Besides, A payload of up to 50 kg can be carried by the newly designed GPS-assisted airdrop container.
