Justice Rama Joyce who served as Jharkhand and Bihar Governor has died. Rama Joyce was a well-known judge and writer until he became governor. Joyce served as the Chief Justice of the High Courts of Punjab and Haryana. However, The NDA government assigned the governorship to him in recognition of Rama Joyce’s services. Rama Joyce was born in Shivamogga, Karnataka, on July 27, 1932. In 1959, Joyce entered the legal profession.
