A new Director-General of the World Trade Organization(WTO) is the Ngozi Okonjo Iweala. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala is from Nigeria. As the first woman to be named WTO Director-General, Iweala set a record. Iweala is also the first African to preside over the WTO Director-General. On March 1, 2021, she will take over. Initially, Iweala served as the finance minister and foreign minister of Nigeria. Senior Congress leader Mallikarjuna Kharge has been named leader of the Rajya Sabha Opposition. The tenure of the new Rajya Sabha opposition leader, Azad, expired on 15 February. Congress President Sonia Gandhi has given Rajya Sabha Speaker M Venkaiah Naidu a letter of proposal. The Sonia Gandhi plan was approved by Mr. Venkaiah Naidu, and Kharge was declared as the Leader of the Opposition. Kalamkari Artist Gurappa Chetty Passed Away: Top 10 Current Affairs
