On November 7, the Vice President will speak at the second convocation of Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agriculture University, which will be held at Piprakothi, Motihari, in the state’s East Champaran district, on the site of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Horticulture and Forestry College. The Vice President will open the 6th International Dharma Dhamma Conference on the campus of Nalanda University (NU) in the Nalanda district later in the day. The conference will draw over 200 guests and professionals from all around the world.

India hosted a high-level conference of regional states on the 10th of November to examine the situation in Afghanistan. A meeting called the Regional Security Dialogue on Afghanistan will take place in New Delhi. The National Security Advisor (NSA), Ajit Doval, will preside over the NSA meeting.
