Educational Qualifications – APSC Recruitment 2025
The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam and provide valid proof through a Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued in Assam for educational purposes or an Employment Exchange Registration Certificate. They must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an Indian or foreign university recognized by the Government, with all semester/year mark sheets and the final pass certificate uploaded as proof. Additionally, the candidate must have an up-to-date registration from the Council of Architecture, India, and must upload valid supporting documents.

Assam PSC Job Openings – Selection Process
The selection process will be announced later, with possible updates through a Revision or update. The Commission will determine the selection method based on the status, cadre, grade, or number of applications received.
APSC Assistant Architect Salary
The pay scale ranges from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,10,000 per month, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 14,500 under Pay Band-4. Allowances will be provided as per Assam State Government norms.
Age Criteria
Candidates must be 21 to 38 years as of 01/01/2025, with relaxations as follows:
For SC/ST: Up to 43 years (+5 years), For OBC/MOBC: Up to 41 years (+3 years), For Ex-Servicemen: Up to 50 years (Additional +3 years for OBC/MOBC, +5 years for SC/ST), For PWBD: +10 years for all categories will be determined based on a Class X/XII Admit Card, Pass Certificate, or Marksheet from a recognized board.
