Educational Qualifications –APSC Assistant Director of Cottage Industries
As per the eligibility criteria, candidates must be Indian citizens and permanent residents of Assam. They must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Arts, Science, or Commerce from a government-recognized institution in India or abroad, with at least 2nd class honors (Major) or distinction in their degree. A valid Permanent Resident Certificate of Assam for educational purposes or an Employment Exchange Registration Certificate is required as proof of residency.
