- Law Degree from a recognized university in India + enrolled as an Advocate.

- Age Limit: Max 35 years (GM), 38 years (Cat-II/III OBC), 40 years (SC/ST/Cat-I), +3 years for ex-servicemen.
- In-Service Candidates:

- Law Degree + working in High Court/District Judiciary or as Assistant Public Prosecutor/Government Pleader.

- PwBD: Eligible for 4% reservation with certification from a Medical Board confirming capability to perform judicial duties.
