Educational Qualifications – PSPCL Assistant Lineman Jobs 2025
According to the official notification Matriculation or equivalent, plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Lineman Trade. Candidates must have passed Punjabi at the Matriculation level or its equivalent by the application deadline. Candidates with a Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering will be considered if they have the NAC in Lineman Trade.

PSPCL Assistant Lineman Job Openings – Selection Process
The selection process includes a CBT with MCQs, which will have two parts: Part I and Part II. Based on the merit list of the results, candidates who qualify for the online exam will be called for document verification.
PSPCL Salary
The pay scale will follow PSPCL Financial Circular No. 21/2022 dated 17.08.22. As per the 7th CPC/Pay Matrix and the in-house committee report, the minimum admissible pay will be ₹19,990 per month.
Age Limit
The candidate must be between 18 to 37 years as of 1st January 2025.
