Job Description
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Troubleshooting of technical issues related to customer’s services
- Follow the customers on queries about their Products and Services via CHAT or voice
- Ability to read information and evaluate results to discover the best solution and solve problems
- Ensure that peculiar steps were taken to solve customers problems and completing feedback accordingly
- Care quality monitoring on voice calls and chats.
- Open and manage customer accounts by recording account information
- Choose product or service problems by defining the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the problem; promoting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Prepare financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Suggest potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing consumer needs

- Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills
