BCCI ACU New Chief: Latest Current Affairs Of April 2021
Shabbir Hussain Shekadam has been appointed as Chief of the Board of Control for Cricket(BCCI) in India’s Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACU). Hussain Shekadam is a former Gujarat state police chief. On April 5, the BCCI announced that Shabbir would replace Ajit Singh. Shabbir Hussain (70) retired in 2010 after ten years as a consultant for Essar Group. He is also a member of the Central Government’s Lokpal Search Committee. Hussian’s biggest challenge is eradicating corruption from small competitions and leagues. Advanced Chaff Technology: Gk Current Affairs 2021
To secure naval vessels from enemy missile attacks, India’s Defense Research and Development Organization has developed ‘Advanced Chaff Technology.’ Chaff technology is used to protect defense ships from enemy radar and radio frequency-based missiles all over the world. These have been designed to fulfill the Navy’s qualitative requirements by DRDO Laboratory Jodhpur (DLJ). It has produced three types of rockets: short-range (SRCR), medium-range (MRCR), and long-range (LCR). The Indian Navy successfully tested these three divisions of rockets in the Arabian Sea recently. The DRDO acquired the ability to counter future enemy attacks as a result of this.

3rd India-Bahrain High Joint Commission Meeting: 7th April 2021 Current Affairs
