ESIC Hospital in Haridwar: Current Affairs 2021
As per Union Minister of Labor and Employment Bhupendra Yadav, the government has changed a 100-bed ESIC Hospital in Haridwar into a 300-bed hospital, and funds have been allocated for its construction. Mr. Yadav spoke during an examination of Employees’ State Insurance Corporation Hospital before a gathering in Haridwar (ESIC Hospital). When all of the legalities were done, he stated that the Bhumi Pujan will be performed soon. Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi, Minister of State for External Affairs (MoS), will visit Portugal and Spain from September 12 to 14. The Minister will meet with her counterpart Secretary of State for International Affairs and Cooperation Francisco Andre during her travel to Portugal from the 12th to the 14th of this September month. She will also meet with Augusto Santos Silva, the Portuguese Foreign Minister, Graça Maria da Fonseca, the Portuguese Minister of Culture, and other dignitaries. During her visit to Spain from 15-17 September, The Minister of State will also speak at the Spain India Council Foundation about India’s development cooperation and open the exhibition “The Beatles and India” at Casa de la India in Valladolid.
