World Television Day: Today Current Affairs in English
World Television Day is commemorated across the world on November 21st. The United Nations General Assembly declared November 21st as World Television Day in December 1996, honoring the anniversary of the inaugural World Television Forum in 1996. Shashi Shekhar Vempati, CEO of Prasar Bharti, remarked in a tweet that “this World Television Day also marks a major transition for Doordarshan as we say goodbyes to the age of Analog Terrestrial TV Transmission and start moves toward Direct to Mobile Terrestrial Broadcasting.” Mayank Agrawal, Director-General of DD (News) and Doordarshan, has also expressed his best wishes on the occasion.

FinTech Governing Council: Free Current Affairs of Today
In an effort to become a worldwide finance powerhouse, the Tamil Nadu government has formed a FinTech Governing Council. Industries Minister Thangam Thennarasu chairs the FinTech Governing Council. The Vice-Chairman of the Governing Council will be Chief Secretary V Irai Anbu. Governing Councils will be convened by Pooja Kulkarni, the Managing Director and CEO of Guidance Tamil Nadu. The Tamil Nadu government is actively supporting fintech as a developing industry. On behalf of the government, Tidco has already started building a fintech metropolis in Chennai. The fintech city would cost a total of Rs 165 crore.

Gaofen-11 03: Current Affairs 2021
China launched a new satellite named “Gaofen-11 03” from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Centre on November 20, 2021. Chang Zheng 4B, CZ-4B, and LM-4B are all names for the same satellite. It is a Chinese disposable orbital launch vehicle. Launch Complex 1 at Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center was used to launch the satellite. It’s a three-stage rocket that puts satellites into low-Earth orbit and sun-synchronous orbits. The FY-1C weather satellite was the first to be launched in 1999. Later, it was employed in a Chinese anti-satellite missile test in 2007. CBERS-3, the company’s sole unsuccessful satellite, was launched in 2013. Gaofen-11 03 is a Chinese National Space Administration (CNSA) Earth observation satellite. It was successfully separated in the Sun-synchronous orbit.

Bangladesh U-19 Cricket Team: 21 November 2021 Current Affairs
On November 21, the Bangladesh Under-19 cricket team was honored at the Indian High Commission in Dhaka. The Under 19 squad will travel to Kolkata on Tuesday to compete in a triangular series against India’s Under 19 A and B teams. On November 28, the matches will begin. On December 7, the triangular series’ final match will be played. High Commissioner Vikram Doraiswami welcomed the Bangladeshi U 19 team members, saying that the cricket series between the two nations improves the camaraderie between the two peoples. He encouraged the squad to play in the spirit of the game and wanted for the greatest team to win.
