MCEME Signed an Agreement With Ordnance Factory For ATRV: Gk Current Affairs
An Ordnance Factory in Eddumailaram, Sangareddy District has been signed by the Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering (MCEME) in Secunderabad to operate in partnership with Armored Tracked Repair Vehicles (ATRVs). The two companies will work together on training, manufacturing, the design of spare parts, and the technical aspects of ATRVs. 1st Indian boxer to win gold in Adriatic Tournament: Today Gk Current Affairs
Alfia Pathan, an Indian boxer, won gold at the Adriatic Pearl Boxing Tournament. In Badwa, Montenegro, Alfia, the 2019 Asian Junior Girls’ Champion, thrashed Daria Kozorev (Moldova) 5-0 in the final of the 81kg class. However, at the Adriatic Tournament, Alfie was the first Indian boxer to win gold. In addition to Alifya, four other Indians won 51 kg of Babyrojisana Chanu, 60 kg of Vinka, 69 kg of Arundhati, and 75 kg of Sanamacha Chanu gold medals. In addition, other two female boxers will compete in the finals, i.e. Gitika and Preeti.
