Sansad TV: Today Latest Current Affairs
“Sansad TV” will be launched on September 15th at 6 p.m. by M. Venkaiah Naidu, Vice President and Speaker of the Lok Sabha Om Birla, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The start is scheduled on the International Day of Democracy. Sansad TV’s programming will primarily focus on four areas: the operation of Parliament and democratic institutions, governance and policy execution, Indian history and culture, and contemporary issues, interests, and concerns. The decision to merge Lok Sabha TV and Rajya Sabha TV was made in February of this year, and the CEO of Sansad TV was elected in March of 2021.
Five MoUs With Private Companies: Latest in Current Affairs
On 14th September, the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare signed five Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with private enterprises to advance Digital Agriculture. CISCO, Ninjacart, Jio Platforms Limited, ITC Limited, and NCDEX e-markets Limited signed MoUs for pilot projects. Based on these pilot projects, farmers can decide on what crop is to be planted, which seed variety to use, and what best practices can be taken to maximize production. Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said on the occasion that the modernization of the agricultural sector will continue with the infusion of new technologies to enable farmers to boost their revenue.

‘Project Udaan’: Daily Gk Current Affairs
IIT-Bombay launched ‘Project Udaan’, which enables translation of textbooks and other study material related to engineering and other streams on September 14th. Project Udaan,’ a donation-based end-to-end ecosystem project, which translates scientific and technical content from English to all other Indian languages. Professor Ganesh and his team have built this AI(Artificial Intelligence) based translation ecosystem, which can help translate engineering textbooks and learning materials in one-sixth the time. The virtual inauguration, which coincided with Hindi Diwas, was attended by Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, Dr. Krishnaswamy Vijay Raghavan as the chief guest.

All India Presiding Officers’ Conference: Current Affairs 2021
On September 15th, the 81st All India Presiding Officers’ Conference (AIPOC) would be held virtually beginning at 11 a.m. The conference will be presided over by Om Birla, Lok Sabha Speaker, and AIPOC Chairperson. The role of the legislature in promoting effective and meaningful democracy will be discussed at the conference. The conference is also being held on the International Day of Democracy, which is observed every year on September 15th. Last year’s AIPOC session, the 80th conference, took place over two days on November 25-26. The Conference will be attended by the Presiding Officers of India’s Legislative Bodies from several national legislatures.
