The index showed that Delhi recorded the highest National Achievement Survey (NAS) score of 44.73 on Delhi’s high-income levels and the transformation of the state school system. The states perform the best on NAS scores (Class X) among all pillars under Human Resources, according to the ‘India Innovation Index 2020’ prepared by Niti Aayog, wherein the average NAS score achieved by all states is 35.66.
