Delhi Gets The Highest NAS Score – Top Current Affairs Of The Day

The central Government Think Tank NITI Aayog has praised the government schools’ “landmark transformation” as they have earned the top score in the India Innovation Index 2020 of the Think Tank. The index showed that Delhi recorded the highest National Achievement Survey (NAS) score of 44.73 on Delhi’s high-income levels and the transformation of the state school system. The states perform the best on NAS scores (Class X) among all pillars under Human Resources, according to the ‘India Innovation Index 2020’ prepared by Niti Aayog, wherein the average NAS score achieved by all states is 35.66. With 40.74 percent of Chandigarh institutions having grade A and higher, it ranks first in that particular indicator.
