Educational Qualifications – PSTCL Jobs 2025
Graduate Apprentices need a degree in engineering or technology from a recognized university or institution. Technician Apprentices require a diploma in engineering or technology from a recognized board or university. General stream graduates (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, etc.) are also eligible. Follow the prescribed application process.

PSTCL Salary
The stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act, 1961, and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992. Graduates (Engineering/General Stream) receive ₹9,000/month, whereas Technician (Diploma holders) receive ₹8,000/month.
